Comprehensive healthcare supply chain management is the key to success today.

We want partners/vendors who put the clients’ needs first, every time!

What is your measurement criteria for success/or current measurable improvements have you realized from the initiative? 

A simple key is the annual PEPY (Per Employee Per Year) costs.  It is a great gauge to success or failure.

What gives your hope for the future in health care? 

There are plenty of agents/brokers who really care about doing the right thing.  We just need to better educate them.
