Daniel McCauley, Founder of Mac Consulting Group, has been working in and around the benefits world since he was a kid. He grew up in a family business that focused on helping employers be strategic on cost reductions, financial wellness, long-term care, recruiting and retention.

Daniel is an Air Force veteran with a focus in Aerospace engineering that led him into the tech industry for almost a decade. He learned the power of macro and micro data analytics. This has allowed him to come back to the healthcare industry with a laser focus on what data matters, how does an employer get access to it and what can they do to use it to make smarter decisions on the quality and cost of healthcare.

He has consulted with over 2,500 organizations across the country from small businesses to Federal Government Departments. The organizations have heard him lead sessions on how to implement various solutions that focus on their ability to access their own data to navigate the healthcare industry. This has allowed these organizations to remove the "middle men" from their plans to reduce their overall healthcare spend.
