Bio

Dr. Toliver is an experienced leader with a rich management background. At Xerox, she has held multiple management and director positions in Customer Operations, Business Transformation, Lean Six Sigma, Sales Enablement, and Contract Compliance. As the Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) she leads the DIB strategy and roadmap to inspire culture change and build a more diverse community within the company that mirrors the markets served. In 2022, she was recognized as Mogul's Top 100 DEI Leaders.

Dr. Toliver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Southern University, a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Dallas Baptist University and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA)  from Walden University.  She also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

A native of Louisiana who resides in Lewisville, Texas, Dr. Toliver enjoys volunteering in the community, mentoring the next gen leaders, and serving as a business adjunct professor at Dallas College.
