Heather O’Sullivan, MS, RN, A-GNP, currently serves as Mass General Brigham’s President of Healthcare at Home, where she leads the largest Home Hospital operation of acute care episodes in our country, advancing the Integrated Academic Medical Center of the future’s transformational effort to shift services into the home, improve patient outcomes, increase access to care, and lower costs.

O’Sullivan brings over 20 years of experience in leading strategic innovation and rapid growth initiatives for payer and provider organizations alike. Prior to joining Mass General Brigham, she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Innovation Officer of Kindred at Home, the largest home health and hospice services provider in the United States, in the period leading up to the successful Humana acquisition.

Her expertise and acumen across multiple service lines from clinical and infrastructure operations to fiscal oversight and M&A have allowed her to guide multiple companies through periods of challenge, transition and rapid scale. O’Sullivan and has also worked directly with patients, having served as a nurse practitioner delivering post-acute and longitudinal care to SNF residents.
