With over two decades in healthcare, Hillary Galyean provides robust experience in health plan strategy and innovation, operations, account management, quality, and accreditation. She served several years as a key senior leader for a successful start-up health plan. Throughout her career, Hillary has led a variety of teams to improve the healthcare experience resulting in significant improvements to health plan star ratings and overall member satisfaction and loyalty.  

Hillary believes in First Choice Health’s values that healthcare can and should be easier through caring, transparency, and collaboration. Bigger isn’t always better. Success is found through continued improvement and relentlessly pursuing innovative healthcare solutions.   

Hillary is currently in graduate studies on Social Justice and Human Rights.
