Kimberly Mingo is Vice President of Government and Business Strategy for Philips where she is responsible for leading Federal and State Government strategies to support the growing needs of the company’s partners across VA, DoD, Indian Health, and other agencies.

Kim joined the company in 2021 from GE Healthcare and has over 24 years of healthcare experience. She has held various senior management and leadership positions at GE and Eli Lily, including serving as the Vice President of Government and GPO Solutions at Hill-Rom, leading the complete portfolio of products and solutions in the U.S. and global military sites. Her successful leadership and ability to build high-performance teams focused on understanding the needs of their government partners and providing strategic counsel, has helped healthcare provider organizations across North America deliver cost-effective, quality care with meaningful outcomes for their patients.

Kim has a passion for serving our federal and state government partners, ensuring those who have served our country such as veterans and military personnel, get the healthcare they need and deserve. She is also a key champion of the company’s health equity efforts in the market and is committed to helping to improve access to care for underserved communities.

Kim graduated from Hampton University in Hampton, VA with a degree in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science.
