Since the start of Mark’s employee benefits career in 2002, his mission has been to utilize creative solutions to combat the ever-increasing cost of health care. Never one to accept the “Status Quo” in any situation, he was determined to understand the most intimate details of the health care industry. His desire to reevaluate and improve on the way that employers mitigated health care costs led him to Opus Advisory Group, where he has served as Lead Consultant and Employee Benefits Team Leader since 2006. Mark’s practical understanding of client service needs and his ability to consistently reduce health care spending for any employer faced with this challenge have led to the expansive growth and trusted reputation Opus enjoys today

Mark is a published blog author who has appeared in Crain’s New York, Newsday, LifeHealthPro, and in several industry trade journals. He has been bestowed one of the insurance industry’s coveted Rising Star in Healthcare Consulting awards, and is nationally recognized as a Top Gun in Insurance

Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.
