Bio

Mark Luck Olson is CEO of RecoveryOne (formerly known as Trainer Rx), a leading digital health innovator dedicated to improving health outcomes for recovery from musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries of all types and reducing costs. 

A 30-year healthcare veteran, Olson has worked closely with executive teams in the health services market to accelerate performance and top line growth. He has built a reputation as a health tech strategist who can unleash an organization’s potential.   

Prior to RecoveryOne, Olson served as president of Global Services for Decision Resources Group, organically growing the custom services business by 69% in four years. Olson co-founded ChapterHouse, LLC, a strategic consultancy serving payers and providers prior to its acquisition by Oliver Wyman, a subsidiary of the Marsh & McLennan Companies. After the acquisition, he served as managing partner in the Health and Life Sciences practice. Olson also spent eight years at Baxter Healthcare where he drove and executed the strategic growth plans for the company in Europe and the Far East, eventually becoming Chief Information Officer for Baxter’s $2 billion global biotech business. He earned his undergraduate degree and MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Business.
