Bio

Rahul Kak is the Vice President of Customer Health & Experience at CVS Health, an integrated healthcare company.  In this role, Rahul oversees marketing strategy, operations, creative, and technology for multiple 'behavior change' pods, delivering campaigns to improve population health and customer experiences. His department collaborates deeply with an advanced analytics team using AI/ML and an agile test & learn methodology to optimize medical costs, health outcomes, customer retention, and grow the CVS business.  Previously, Rahul was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, and he received his MBA from Columbia Business School with engineering degrees from Duke University.
