Bio

Rick is responsible for NAHQ’s Organizational Workforce Solutions (OWS) department. In addition, as a member of the executive team he is responsible for contributing to the growth and optimization of NAHQ. He has spent his career on the delivery of healthcare via the provider side, as well as designing, implementing and consulting on various value-based care models, including ACOs, clinically integrated networks and risk-based contracts. He most recently returned from the Middle East after 22 months assisting in the transformation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health.
