Bio

Dr. Tiffany Lange, PsyD LCP (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has served in senior leadership roles in government, non-profit, and private organizations.

She earned a doctoral degree from Spalding University (Louisville, Kentucky) and completed an advanced fellowship in Trauma and Women’s Health, with an emphasis on LGBTQ+ program development. Currently, she is the Senior Clinical Director of Utilization Review at Community Behavioral Health (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), one of the nation’s largest behavioral-health managed care organizations (BH-MCO).

Dr. Lange has over a decade’s worth of experience working with underserved and marginalized communities and has devoted her professional career to advancing health equity. Her areas of expertise and passion are in LGBTQ+ affirmative care, Military Veteran populations, trauma reactions, substance use, advocacy (individual and systemic levels), and bridging the practice-research gap. She has a proven history of developing and scaling innovative interventions and programming resulting in national awards, plenary speaker engagements, invited congressional briefings and round tables, peer-reviewed publications, media attention, and participation on several national initiatives [e.g., HealthyWomen “Ready, Willing, and Healthy” campaign for Women service members; Clinical Collaborator with Transgender American Veterans Association (TAVA); VA Secretary McDonough’s 120-Day Task Force on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA)].
