Bio

 

Victoria Spaulding-Burford (she/her/hers) is vice president of digital experience and content for Kaiser Permanente. In this role, Victoria is responsible for the user-experience (UX) research, design, accessibility, and content functions for the award-winning KP app and member-facing website, kp.org, which receives more than 700 million visits per year.  

Victoria has more than 20 years of experience in UX and human-centered, inclusive design. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, she led UX and service design, customer marketing, and relationship management at T-Mobile. She also implemented a new UI/UX design system and enterprise network operations management system for Delta Airlines. Victoria has a history of leading omni-channel UX design of integrated enterprise and customer-facing systems for Delta, State Farm Insurance, The Home Depot, and IBM. In addition, she is the co-inventor of five patents for discoveries in optimizing, administering, generating UX applications, and modeling experience architecture.   

Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as a master’s degree in engineering psychology and an MBA in global business from Georgia Tech. She is also a PhD student in the global leadership program at Pepperdine University.  

When she’s not working to drive business outcomes through scaled transformation of impactful human experiences, Victoria loves traveling internationally with her family. She lives with them and their many pets in Atlanta.
