Prior to joining Kaia, Warner had a highly successful tenure collaborating with some of the most innovative leaders in healthcare. During his eight-year tenure at UnitedHealth Group, he provided strategic leadership across various divisions, including Optum, UnitedHealthcare, as well as start-ups such as Real Appeal and Rally Health.

Before his time at UHG, Warner served as the Chief Operating Officer for Spectrum Health Systems, a prominent national health management organization. He has spearheaded comprehensive health enhancement solutions for hospitals, government agencies, universities, and Fortune 500 organizations, demonstrating his expertise in driving operational excellence and delivering measurable results.
